Giveaway Conditions
Important: Please read these Official Giveaway Rules before entering this giveaway (the “Giveaway”). By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Giveaway Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Monos Travel Ltd. with an address at 2288 Manitoba St., 2nd Floor, Vancouver, BC, CANADA V5Y4B5 (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States (excluding Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who have reached the age of majority in their province, state, or territory of residence at the time of entry. Minors may not participate. An individual is not eligible to enter or win if they are a director, officer, or employee of the Sponsor or any of the Sponsor’s owners, parent companies, affiliates, directors, subsidiaries, representatives, advertising, promotion, and production agencies, agents, or if they are a member of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children, and spouse, regardless of where they live) or household (whether related or not) of any of the above persons. To be eligible to win a prize, entries must be completed and received by the Sponsor in the manner and format designated below.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on February 11, 2025, at 9:00:00 a.m. PT and ends on February 18, 2025, at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the “Giveaway Period”). The Sponsor’s or its designee’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
Individuals may enter the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period by:
- Liking this Giveaway post on Instagram.
- Following @monostravel on Instagram.
- Tagging a friend in the comments of the Giveaway post.
Both the entrant and the tagged friend must be following @monostravel at the time of the draw to be eligible.
5. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
6. Selection and Notification of Winner
A random draw will determine the winner on or about February 19, 2025. The selected entrant will be notified via direct message on Instagram. If a selected entrant does not respond within 48 hours or fails to meet eligibility requirements, they may be disqualified, and an alternate entrant may be selected. The Sponsor’s decisions are final.
7. Prize
The winner will receive:
- One (1) Monos Elemental Blue Carry-On luggage for themselves.
- One (1) Monos Elemental Blue Carry-On luggage for a friend.
Prize Restrictions: Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. All taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged prizes. The prize will be awarded “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
8. Privacy
By entering, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and for promotional purposes as stated in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer
The Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for technical malfunctions, unauthorized human intervention, or other errors beyond their reasonable control.
10. Disputes and Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved individually through binding arbitration in Vancouver, BC, or as otherwise outlined in these rules. Class action lawsuits are waived.
11. Amendments
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel the Giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
